Joe Ford Nature Center is a nonprofit, 501 (c) (3), organization.  We are dedicated to educating the community about the natural world around us including the plant and animal wildlife that inhabit it.  We host nature based educational events to foster an appreciation of nature and wildlife such as field trips, nature based educational presentations and seasonal nature camps. We offer events and services for our community to explore and rediscover the natural world in hopes to help reconnect each person with nature and instill the importance of the conservation of green spaces around us and the wildlife that coexist there.

"The best little nature center around."

Muir reminds us: "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks."
